The 30th Annual General Meeting-2025 of Mukti Cox's Bazar was held on 26 September 2025 at the conference room “Mukti Bhaban” of the organization's Head Office. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Santosh Sharma, President of the Executive Committee of Mukti Cox's Bazar, and moderated by Mr. Bimal Chandra Dey Sarker, the Chief Executive of the organization.
Mukti attends FGD with RIB
Mukti Cox’s Bazar attended a Focused Group Discussion (FGD) with Research Initiatives Bangladesh (RIB) on 03 July 2025.
The FGD, held at Mukti Bhaban-The Head Office of Mukti Cox’s Bazar, highlighted the challenges women face in achieving work-life balance and their heightened vulnerability in disaster-prone areas.
Mukti Cox's Bazar holds peace & security campaign at Camp-12
On 25 September 2025, a campaign to promote peace and security was held at the Darbar Hall of Camp-12 under the “DFAT AHP Bangladesh Rohingya Response Phase IV Inclusive” project implemented by Mukti Cox's Bazar with technical assistance from Oxfam in Bangladesh and funding from Australian Aid.
Mukti holds tree plantation program to celebrate “Youth Festival-2025”
The ENRICH Program, jointly funded by Mukti Cox's Bazar and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), celebrated the “Youth Festival-2025” and held a Tree Plantation Program on 3rd August 2025 at the ENRICH Offices of Bharuakhali, Sadar Upazila of Cox's Bazar and Jalalabad Union of Eidgaon Upazila.
Mukti hosts Linkage Meeting to Boost Agriculture & Market Access
On 11th August 2025, the Gender Responsive Assistance for Self-Reliance of Rohingya Women and Girls in Cox’s Bazar (GRAWS) project, implemented by Mukti Cox’s Bazar with the support of BRAC Pooled Fund, organized an impactful Linkage Meeting at the GRAWS Training Center in Camp-17. The meeting brought together input suppliers, buyers, Majhis, Imams, and other community stakeholders.
The event served as a platform for fostering mutual understanding, strengthening relationships, and promoting inclusive development. A total of 40 participants (30 female and 10 male participants), where 02 participants were Persons with Disabilities, took part in the meeting.
SLFS holds a workshop in Kutupalong
On 30th July 2025, a workshop titled "Joint Discussion on Identifying the Relationship between Innovation and Food Security Sector" was held at the Education Project Office located in Kutupalong under the SLFS project implemented by Mukti Cox's Bazar and funded by Oxfam in Bangladesh.
The workshop was presided over by Mr. Syed Lutful Kabir Chowdhury, Deputy Chief Executive of Mukti Cox's Bazar, where Ukhia Upazila Agriculture Officer Kamanshis Sarkar was present as the Chief Guest, and Food Security Sector Focal Neyamul Akhter, and Senior Program Officer Shariful Islam, Oxfam in Bangladesh, were present as the Special Guests.
Mukti holds meeting on mental health and suicide prevention
An awareness-raising discussion meeting on "Mental Health and Suicide Prevention" was held at Camp-4 on 3rd August 2025 under the Gender Based Violence in Emergency (GBViE) project of Mukti Cox's Bazar.
This important event, organized in collaboration with UNFPA, was attended by the Honorable Camp In-Charge (CIC) of Camp-4, Shuraiya Akhter Sweety and other officials from the CiC office, the Program Manager of the GBViE project, representatives from different organizations, and religious leaders and representatives of Camp-4.
Mukti Cox's Bazar celebrates "National and International Youth Day-2025"
The ENRICH program, jointly funded by Mukti Cox's Bazar and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), celebrated "National and International Youth Day-2025" at the ENRICH offices of Bharuakhali, Sadar Upazila, Cox's Bazar and Jalalabad Union, Eidgaon Upazila on 12th August, 2025.
Keeping the slogan "Technology-based youth, progress in multilateral partnerships" in mind, the guests urged the youth to acquire advanced technological knowledge to build a better Bangladesh.
