Successful Residential Training Program held in Bandarban

A three-day long Residential Training Program, from 24th to 26th June 2025, was successfully held in Bandarban to strengthen the capacity of Mukti Cox’s Bazar staff.

The training was organized by Oxfam in Bangladesh under “DFAT AHP Phase IV Inclusive” and the “SLFS” projects, being implemented by Mukti Cox’s Bazar. With 30 participants and 28 expert-led participatory sessions, the training program fostered learning, collaboration, and team spirit in a serene environment.

This initiative shows Mukti Cox’s Bazar’s relentless efforts to equip its staff with new knowledge and skills reaffirming Mukti’s commitment to delivering inclusive, proficient, effective, and accountable humanitarian programming.
