Foundation Training for Mukti staff!
On 30 November 2025 at its Head Office “Mukti Bhaban”, Mukti Cox's Bazar organized an impactful Foundation Training for the staff of its “Improved Self-resilience through Livelihood Support (ISLS)” Project, funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
The training, inaugurated by Mr. Syed Lutful Kabir Chowdhury (Deputy Chief Executive of Mukti cox’s Bazar), provided the participants with in-depth guidelines on project implementation strategies, compliance, CFRM, MEAL, Safeguarding & PSEA, DIP, homestead gardening, and poultry rearing.
The sessions were facilitated by the senior leadership team of Mukti Cox’s Bazar including the Director-HR & Admin, Director-Internal Audit & Compliance, Director-Monitoring & Evaluation, Assistant Director-Finance & Accounts, Deputy Team Leader-Livelihood, and Training Manager, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
During the closing ceremony, the Chief Executive Mr. Bimal Chandra Dey Sarker expressed heartfelt gratitude to JICA for their continued support for the livelihoods of the Rohingya people. He encouraged the staff to remain committed to structured, high-quality programme implementation, documentation, and reporting so that project goals can be achieved with excellence and impact.
