Mukti provides foundation training to its teachers!

The ENRICH Project, implemented by Mukti Cox's Bazar and jointly funded by Mukti Cox's Bazar and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), on 16th and 17th April 2025, successfully completed a two-day long subject-based foundation training for the teachers working at field-level under its Education Support program at Bharuakhali Union of Sadar Upazila, Cox's Bazar.

This training provided both theoretical and practical training to the teachers on major subjects like Bengali, Mathematics and English which improved their teaching skills and enriched the learning experience of the learners. Eighteen (18) teachers from eighteen (18) Evening Child Education Support centers participated in that training.

Apart from other fruitful sessions, the training offered (a) Pre-assessment and post-assessment sessions (b) Topic-based hands-on training sessions (c) Group work and presentations (d) Educational games sessions and (e) Sessions on creative and modern pedagogical techniques.

All the teachers who attended the training, with a tone of satisfaction and excitement, expressed that they had benefited a lot from this training as they got to learn such creative teaching techniques that were totally new to them. They hope that this experience will help them in teaching students in more modern, innovative, and effective ways.
