Annual Staff Gathering-2025 

A nexus of Tradition and Joy!

The Annual Staff Gathering-2025 of Mukti Cox's Bazar took place on 28 February 2025. The meeting was not just an event but was a festival that started at Kavita Chattar with a sports competition and ended with cultural programs, raffle draws, prize distribution and barbecue in the conference room of Mukti Bhaban, the organization's head office. 

The cultural program began with the rendition of the national anthem in unison, and in this festive event, members of the advisory board, general council members, head office staff and guests from the project performed songs, poetry recitations, jokes and dances.

The event, organized by the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bimal Chandra Dey Sarker, was attended by one of the founders, Mr. Advocate Sujit Chowdhury, who witnessed the development and success of the organization, the founder president and current advisor, eminent educationist Mr. Professor Someshwar Chakraborty; former president and current advisor, eminent lawyer Mr. Shibu Lal Debdas, vice-president of the executive council, Professor Zebun Nesa, general secretary Professor Shormin Siddiqua Lima, members Babla Paul and Advocate Suranjit Paul. General council members Professor Ajit Kumar Das, and former general secretary Ratan Das.

The sports competition in a peaceful environment next to the Kavita Chattar and the cultural program later were a unique experience for everyone. This year, former general secretary Ratan Das and advisor Advocate Shibu Lal Debdas assisted in the sports competition. The special attraction was the captivating Rabindra Sangeet performance by Professor Someshwar Chakraborty and the poetry recitation by Advocate Shibu Lal Debdas and Professor Ajit Kumar Das. The Chief Executive thanked the distinguished guests and all those who worked tirelessly behind the scene to make the event a success.

The event concluded with a raffle draw and prize distribution ceremony. Mukti Cox's Bazar's annual staff gathering is not just an event, it has proven to be a reminder of the organization's success and a guide to the future. This gathering proves that the organization not only creates employment, but also boosts the morale and enthusiasm of its employees.
