ECE Working Group Members Visit Mukti’s ECE Centers

On 11 March 2025, members of the Early Childhood Education Working Group (ECE WG) visited the Lamp and Nurium ECE Centers in Camp-1W to observe ongoing educational activities and to assess the quality of education provided to learners in the Rohingya camps.

The visiting team included ECE WG Co-chair Abdur Rahman Khan, along with ECE WG members Md. Moniruzzaman Khan, Md. Saidur Rahman, Badhon Das, Uchasin Marma, Rahat Ara Romi, SM Rashedujjaman, Palash Chandra Roy and Arifur Rahman. The group toured both centers and interacted with facilitators and children.

At the end of the visit, Co-Chair Abdur Rahman Khan expressed his appreciation in the visitor register, praising the learner attendance and active participation of children, colorful and engaging decoration of the centers, use of innovative local materials and the alignment of lesson plans with activity plans. 

The visit reaffirms the ECE Working Group’s dedication to supporting and strengthening early childhood education in the humanitarian context of Cox’s Bazar.
